1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the services of Elegant Event Pros ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Elegant Event Pros provides event planning, coordination, and beauty services including but not limited to wedding planning, makeup application, and hair styling. All services are subject to availability and booking confirmation.
3. Booking and Payment
All bookings require a signed contract and deposit. Payment schedules will be outlined in your service agreement. Cancellations must be made in writing and may be subject to cancellation fees as outlined in your contract.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely payments, and reasonable access to event venues. Any changes to services must be requested in writing and may incur additional fees.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, venue issues, or vendor cancellations.
6. Intellectual Property
All concepts, designs, and materials created by Elegant Event Pros remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our services are provided.
